The complete legal text governing your use of the bdt22w Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdt22w website at bdt22w.app and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account pursuant to a bdt22w promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, accessible from within each game or market on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age and Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bdt22w Platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you are 21 years or older, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration

To access real-money services on bdt22w, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. bdt22w reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one Account on the bdt22w Platform. Duplicate Accounts — including Accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, outstanding balances will be reviewed, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. bdt22w reserves the right to permanently ban any Player found in breach of this rule.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

You must not use the Platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdt22w makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify bdt22w support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdt22w will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

bdt22w may, at its sole discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to two-factor authentication, login verification SMS, and session timeout controls. Players are encouraged to enable all available security features from their Account Settings page.

4. Deposits & Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt22w accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at bdt22w's discretion. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits of the chosen payment method and any Account-level limits set by bdt22w or the Player.
• Daily deposit limits may be set by the Player from Account Settings as part of bdt22w's responsible gaming controls.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdt22w Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. bdt22w is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players whose Accounts have been verified in accordance with Section 2.2 of these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdt22w's payments team following a written request to [email protected].

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal and Processing Time

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳200
• Standard processing time: Under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for other methods during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may be queued and processed upon system restoration.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

bdt22w reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill, and/or a screenshot of the payment account used for deposits. Withdrawals will be held pending receipt and review of requested documentation. bdt22w aims to complete verification reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdt22w employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using multiple Accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdt22w reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn in connection with abusive activity.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The bdt22w welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a first deposit is available to new Players making their first deposit following account registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method. Players who have previously held an Account on bdt22w are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

Each game and betting market available on bdt22w is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are displayed within the game interface or market page. By placing a bet or spinning in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, bdt22w will apply the following policy:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on bdt22w's systems, the bet amount will be refunded to your Account balance.
• If a game round completes successfully and a win is generated before a disconnection on your end, the win will be credited to your Account as normal.
• bdt22w's system records constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between your local display and bdt22w's server records, bdt22w's server records shall prevail.
• bdt22w reserves the right to void any bet placed during a period of system malfunction once the malfunction has been confirmed and diagnosed.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdt22w is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt22w Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to bdt22w support.
• Impersonating another Player, bdt22w employee, or any third party.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions by opening new Accounts.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt22w Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, written content, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bdt22w or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from bdt22w.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bdt22w collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdt22w will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt22w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. bdt22w's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt22w does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. bdt22w will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance of planned maintenance.

13. Changes to These Terms

bdt22w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdt22w will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bdt22w.app/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdt22w Platform shall be submitted first to bdt22w's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. bdt22w will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days.
